If a transcript request through the CFNC Application Hub fails, first check to ensure that the information you entered in Request a Transcript exactly matches your information in PowerSchool (your high school's student information system) at the time of your graduation. For instance, you might have changed your name since you graduated.
If you see a factual error on your transcript, contact your high school and then resend.
